Whether you are a new or established business we can help with your IT support.
We work with wide range of business clients from solopreneurs working from a home office to small businesses of up to about 20 users.
The varying trades and occupations of our business customer base allow us a greater knowledge of the needs that affect all businesses, such as reliability and security, as well as a clearer understanding of the needs which are more relevant to particular professions.
One of the first questions we ask, is “have you restarted the computer?”
A restart has a different effect on the computer than shutting down and will clear about 95% of day-to-day issues!
If after a restart, the problem is not resolved, then that is where we come in.
It could be you are having issues with your email, maybe you want to change the system you use and are not sure where to start, that is where we can help you.
Are you having issues with your tech, is your computer giving you problems? This is where we come in, and more often than not, we can help you remotely using screen sharing software, so we can see the issue and resolve it for you.

The Cost …
We offer support on an ad-hoc basis, no contract or monthly retainer required. The cost is £60.00 per hour plus vat. We use a timer system which records the time spent providing support. If a support session takes 20 minutes then the cost is £20.00 plus vat. If the session is 37 minutes, then the cost is £37.00 plus vat.
Booking an hour session is ideal for working through a list of issues or more complicated problems or queries.
