We will usually respond to messages either voicemail or email within 1 - 2 hours, with the maximum being 24 hours.

If you have a problem with your .uk domain and feel that we have not resolved your issue or you are not satisfied with any resolution we have suggested or put in place then you are able to contact Nominet directly.
