About Us
Based in Gloucester, supporting clients across the UK, our IT support and services are a one-stop shop for sole traders, small businesses and hobbyists/enthusiasts needing everything from tech help, domain registration and email solutions, to a completely new website with eCommerce functionality and hosting.
Our clients are many and varied, ranging from accountants, a nuclear engineer, a chartered surveyor and a dementia carer, to a vending machine retailer, conservatory/window supplier, a boat cleaning company and a wedding and conference venue.
Background
Ellen began designing and hosting websites before many businesses even knew they needed an online presence!
Initially trading as EB Web Design, Ellen’s business perfectly complemented husband Shiraz’s IT support company. Together, they also ran a separate photography business, Right Light Photography, as well as an IT supplies business.
Now the businesses have evolved and combined into two distinct organisations: Purple Tree Solutions covers end-user IT support, web design, hosting, emails, security solutions, online backups and domain registration, while Shiraz’s company - Shiraz Badat - offers comprehensive IT support for businesses and home users.
